干燥設(shè)備干燥時可以分為幾個階段？如果我們假設(shè)物料是不變的，不會發(fā)生化學(xué)反應(yīng)的話，那么干燥設(shè)備會對物料進行4個階段的干燥，具體階段如下：
1、升速干燥階段：就是用非常高的溫度在比較短的時間內(nèi)把物料表面的水分給蒸發(fā)掉，這一階段所需的時間比較短，但也局限于表面的水分，所以這一階段的出水量是不大的。
2、等速干燥階段：到這一階段就是對物料加熱，讓物料內(nèi)部的水分慢慢向表面補充，由于物料表面正受的高溫的加熱，所以物料表面的水分蒸發(fā)的很快，當(dāng)物料內(nèi)部向表面補充水的速度跟不上物料表面水分蒸發(fā)的速度的時候，就進入了降速干燥階段。
3、降速干燥階段：這一階段的物料水分已經(jīng)被蒸發(fā)的一大半，在此階段也就是對物料慢慢干燥了，慢慢把物料內(nèi)部的水分給逼到表面被蒸發(fā)掉。
4、平衡干燥階段：當(dāng)物料內(nèi)部的水分被逼干，再也沒有水分往表面補充的時候，就進入了平衡干燥階段，這一階段也就是物料被干燥后得到成品的階段。
